Solid purchase, minor issue
I ordered a Salon Starter Set and the Doris 2.0 Curved Manicure Tool. The tools themselves are excellent, really high quality and feel professional, exactly as advertised. The titanium coating is a nice touch and they're easy to sterilize. My only small gripe was that one of the items, the Navy Hand Cream, was on backorder and shipped separately a few days later, which delayed the full order a bit. It would have been nice to know about that before checkout. Still, customer service was helpful when I inquired about the split shipment. Good value for what you get, just a little hiccup on the delivery communication.

Good basic tools
I picked up the Kate Precision Tweezers and they're pretty decent. They grab even tiny hairs, which is good. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Texas, which was fine. The packaging was nice, nothing fancy but protected the tools. Overall, it was a smooth enough purchase. I might check out their cuticle balm next time I need something.
